Refund Policy - Product Sales

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the sample or description
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Refund Policy - Membership, Functions & Sponsorship

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

But you can choose a refund or exchange if there is a major problem with the membership, function, or sponsorship. This is when there:

  • a major part of the season or function did not proceed (for example cancellation due to a pandemic)
  • where, through no fault of your own (for example, severe injury, work transfer or similar event), you are unable to play a major part of the season
  • the sponsorship offer delivered is significantly different from the description

Alternatively, you can choose to maintain your membership, function entry, or sponsorship and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

If the problem with membership, function, or sponsorship is not major, no refund is possible.

Shipping

We will deliver free of charge to any address within the Moonee Valley City Council postcodes (3031, 3032, 3033, 3034, 3039, 3040, 3041, and 3042).  Alternatively, you can pick up your items from the clubrooms at Ormond Park.  Please advise your preference when placing your order.

Postage is charged at 10% of the order value if it is posted to an address in Australia.

We can also ship to virtually any address in the world.  If you want an item shipped, please Contact Us and we will provide you with estimated postage within 3 business days.
